 Project Delivery Leads

C2C need Project Delivery Leaders to develop and implement innovative programs and solutions in the disaster preparedness and resilience sector. Recently winning multiple grants across disaster-impacted States in Australia, we are seeking experienced leaders to deliver our social purpose across vulnerable communities.

Do you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering multiple projects and a passion for building resilience in business communities
  • Current knowledge of on and offline tools, project, people and budget management software and programs
  • Superior team and stakeholder management skills, and an understanding of the disaster resilience, recovery or risk reduction sector
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential

 Community Engagement Coordinators

C2C need proactive and positive Community Engagement Coordinators to build and maintain effective relationships with key project stakeholders. Delivering innovative projects across multiple States in Australia, we provide career changing opportunities for those seeking to move into the disaster resilience space. This is a great opportunity to join a social enterprise, learn from local and international community engagement leaders and deliver projects that changes lives.

Do you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in professional communications, stakeholder engagement, humanitarian studies, or a related discipline or relevant professional experience – IAP2 certified a bonus
  • Demonstrated professional experience working in community engagement
  • Proven skills in preparing and implementing community engagement and project operations plans
  • High-level computer CRM and business administration experience, including data reporting, project delivery and lead management, set up and overview

Operations Coordinators

C2C need Operations Coordinators as we rapidly scale-up our business to change lives and livelihoods.  We’re looking for passionate and experienced persons to increase our operational efficiency. You’ll play an important role in delivering innovative programs and solutions in the disaster preparedness and resilience sector.

Do you have:

  • A desire to build high-level program development and delivery skills, including on and offline tools, project, people and budget management
  • Experience in multi-tasking across multiple projects and success in building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to be part of a team focused on delivering needs-led solutions
  • Tertiary qualifications in operations management, business administration or related fields or proven experience in an operations coordinator role essential

Interns

C2C offers opportunities for paid interns to work on a range of innovative projects to build disaster resilience in businesses and communities. If you’re interested in a career in this field, we’d love to hear from you.
