Need help to identify who makes up your community so you can more effectively and efficiently run community meetings, events and programs?

 

A Community Stakeholder Map is where we provide a bird’s-eye view of who are the groups and sub-groups within your community. The benefit of a Community Stakeholder Map is that you can ensure everyone is included in decisions and outcomes when it matters most.

At corporate2community (C2C) we are experts in stakeholder mapping and are passionate about upskilling local capabilities in stakeholder understanding too.

Alongside your Community Stakeholder Map, we will provide effective engagement tips on how you can better communicate and engage within your community.

In summary, you will receive a document that identifies the key stakeholder groups so you know who is in your community, and recommendations about how to engage these groups for community planning and decision-making.

How does it work?

There are 4 steps which can be activated within two weeks (subject to community availability).

1: We host a 1-hour online workshop with 2-4 community representatives to understand your community. We will ask you lots of questions relevant to stakeholder groups to have a clear understanding of existing community groups.

2: We connect via phone with up to 10 local groups representing key stakeholder categories. These 15-minute conversations will enable us to gain a deeper understanding of existing stakeholders.

3: We email you a report which includes a map of stakeholders and a summary of our findings – including community stakeholder strengths, gaps and opportunities.

4: We host a 1-hour online conversation with unlimited community representatives to talk through our report and answer any questions you have. (FREE)

Who will help from C2C?

At C2C we have a collective of experts across many fields including stakeholder mapping.  You will be introduced to the C2C member who will create your stakeholder map by Mel when she books in your workshop session times.

What happens after I book?

We will connect with you within 72 business hours to arrange a convenient time to run your first and second online workshop.  This means you will know when we are starting and when your stakeholder map will be complete.

We will also share with you more information about the types of questions we will ask during the first workshop so you can prepare relevant information to share. Note, we do not ask you to complete any forms during the process, that’s what we are for!
